Instead of multi-millionaire and billionaire team owners with full control over the league, ALTF is formed as a single company with authority over all operations of the league and the teams. They will hire the best available sports management talent to provide national sales, design and management of the operating systems and to make the contractual and financial decisions for the entire league.
